The property is under construction and refurbishment. It looks terrible in the outside, but my room was already finished and it was great. It is well located with a lot of commerce nearby, but too expensive in my opinion for what it is.

The breakfast option was limited, the property was in renovation so somewhat unpleasant. Also, wasn’t expecting to pay in US dollars as I searched and booked while in Canada. Was unpleasantly surprised that the fee was in US.

The property is under construction but the rooms that are redone were r really nice and clean. And updated unfortunately with all the construction going on the hallways and everything were a mess but it's to be expected during updating

I was very disappointed with my stay here. I made a complaint to the front desk. Our room floor wasn't swept, there was a lot of hair in the tub and around the tub. The night stand between the beds had shredded cheese on it. The bed pads has dirt smeared on it. The pool looked disgusting, like it hadn't been filtered or cleansed. My teenager was so disgusted she was scared to sleep in the bed in fear this place had bedbugs. I will never stay at this place again. The breakfast was disappointing as well.

From ME to VT - not the experience I planned...

I stayed two nights and over the course of that time lost access to my room [key card didn't work] 4 times. This is unacceptable at $150+/night. The third time I was unable to get into my room, I had arrived back at the hotel with hot food and a bag of ice for the cooler in my room - It took 2 hours for maintenance to get me into my room, at which point they assigned another room to me. By that time, my food was cold, ice melted, and I missed a function my HS daughter was participating in. We came from ME to VT and my daughter was staying in the dorms with her team. At about 10:30pm my last night I decided to grab my cooler and find the ice machine [since earlier, being locked out of my room, the bag of ice I bought melted]. So, I followed the signs to the "Ice Machine", walked up and down the halls and there was no ice machine on the premises! I returned to my (new) room, cooler in hand and my key card did not work again - for the 4th time!!! At the end of it all, the manger refused to issue any type of refund or credit for my extremely negative & frustrating experience. Terrible customer service and no accountability.

For the price we paid it was clean. Is not a 3 starts hotel but it had acceptable rooms. Breakfast included was not great we had to go elsewhere. I will recommended only if you have limited budget or only for sleeping. Overall I will go back if no other option is available.

This was the first time staying here. The front desk was very nice, but the hotel itself was very dirty. The hallways were full of dirt, the room itself seemed ok but the bathroom floors were dirty and the shower had dirt on the walls. The bed seemed clean and comfortable but the rest of the hotel was very dirty. It smelt very weird too and our room smelt like cigarettes. It for sure is not a luxury hotel.

It was by interstate but was quiet. Very convenient to go to pickleball court just a few minutes away. Everywhere I went, it was an easy dry and I stay off all the interstates.

Nice place to stay

The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. They provided a continental breakfast with waffles. The hotel is located right next door to a Denny’s if you happen to want a bigger breakfast.

Not worth a single dollar

The hotel needs a WHOLE lot of work. The outside is trash, the inside hallways smell, it's honestly nasty. First, going into our room we walk in and there's food all over our floor. Disgusting! We had to call immediately and ask for someone to come clean the first 15 minutes of our trip. Then, the toilet doesn't flush. At this point we wanted a new room. We switched rooms and thought the room was a little better, until we see a rag hanging on the sink because it leaks. This hotel needs a full remodel and owners that actually care about it. I would never stay here again. Only nice thing was they put new floors in each room, but their cleanliness is bad so it doesn't help. Save yourself the money and find yourself a different hotel.
