ได้จองที่พักผ่านเว็บนี้ พอเช็คอินเข้าที่พักพนักนักงานบอกว่าห้องที่จองราคาประมาณ 5xxบาท. เต็มแล้ว แต่ว่างห้องราคา 7xxบาท เอาไงละ! ว่าจะยกเลิกยากด้วย ทำไม? โรงแรมถึงมีระบบแย่แบบนี้คะ มีห้องเต็มแล้วทำไมเปิดให้ลูกค้าจองอยู่ เกิดข้อผิดพลาดก็ช่วยแก้ปัญหาไม่ได้ เราไม่อยากมากเรื่อง เลยจ่ายส่วนต่างไป. ถ้าเป็นคนอื่นคงไม่ยอมแน่ค่ะ อีกเรื่องพอเลือกห้องใหญ่ราคา7xxบาทแล้วเข้าไปห้อง ที่ใหญ่หน่อย สักพักได้ยินเสียงคนคุยกันหลังห้อง พอเปิดไปดู ระเบียงหลังกั้นระหว่างห้องต่ำมาก แทบจะกระโดดมาหาดันได้ มีผู้ชายห้องข้างนั่งดื่มฮอลล์ กันอยู่ค่ะนั่งคุยเสียงดังมาก มันบ่งบอกถึงความไม่ปลอดภัยเ้วยนะคะ อยากจะให้ปรับปรุงด้วยค่ะทั้งบรรยากาศ ภายในห้อง การบริการ ความปลอดภัยค่ะ

Leider entspricht das Hotel überhaupt nicht der Präsentation im Internet. Es ist immer noch eine Baustelle, Lobby und Rezeption sind praktisch nicht vorhanden. Und zum guten Schluss versucht das Hotelmanagment den schon im voraus bezahlten Zimmerpreis noch einmal zu kassieren. Eigentlich müsste man Minussternchen geben. Nicht zu empfehlen.
