Charming flat with spacious and luminous living-dining room equipped with comfortable sofas where you can relax and watch the big TV with satellite. Kitchen integrated in the large living-dining room equipped for culinary moments and table for 4 people where you can enjoy meals in the best company. Bedrooms equipped for your comfortable rest with air conditioning, one of them with two single beds and one bedroom with double bed and bathroom in suite. The other bathroom with shower is located in the corridor next to the room with two single beds.

Our guests have exclusive access to a shared roof terrace, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying snacks or delicious meals.

Loved the property and location.
Visited Mallorca for the first time with family and staying at this property made it more special. The owner was very friendly and pleasant to talk to and recommended good places. Apartment is located about a block from a lovely plaza where is very lively specially on Sundays when locals farmers bring fresh fruits and vegetables and other foods. The apartment was very modern, super clean and spacious. We loved that it had private parking inside a private gated lot. We would stay here again for sure.

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Wohnung sehr in Ordnung, bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten: • Die Nutzung des Wasserkochers war nicht möglich, da bei Nutzung die Sicherung herausgesprungen ist. Wir hatten das reklamiert, es konnte allerdings nicht repariert werden. • Der Geschirrspüler heizt und trocknet nicht und riecht nach Schimmel, was wohl durch das nicht heizen und nicht trocken bedingt ist. • Die Ablufthaube über der Kochplatte funktioniert nicht. • Der Öffner für das Tor zu den Parkplätzen funktioniert nicht, das Tor musste jeweils mit Eingabe des Codes geöffnet werden. • Es gab nur ein Geschirrtuch für eine Woche, das ist eindeutig zu wenig. • Spültücher fehlten gänzlich. • Handtücher und Badetücher gab es nur eines pro Person für eine ganze Woche. Das ist nicht besonders hygienisch. Die Wohnung ist an sich komfortabel und der zugehörige Parkplatz und die Nähe zum Zentrum sind Vorteile. Sehr gestört hat uns, dass von der hinterlegten Kautiion ein Betrag abgezogen wurde, worüber keine Abrechnung erteilt wurde. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass mit dem Abzug die Stromkosten beglichen wurden. Das ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber wir hatten keine Möglichkeit den Stromverbrauch durch Zählerablesung nachzuvollziehen. Die nachträglich übersandten Fotos von den Zählerständen sind zwar hilfreich, aber es wäre seröser, wenn man sich selbst vor Ort von den Zählerständen überzeugen könnte, so wie wir das von vielen anderen gebuchten Ferienwohnungen kennen.

Zentraler und spanischer Ort
Anfangs kalt dann warm, wunderbare Zeit auf Mallorca. Sa Pobla hat wenig Touristen und man kann den spanischen Alltag mitleben. Nette Bars, kleine Geschäfte, schöner Markt. Gute Restaurants. Günstiges Essen und Trinken. Apartment hat Sonnenterasse und liegt im verkehrsberuhigten Bereich, daher ruhig obwohl nur 30m vom Zentrum. Gerne wieder.
