The basement has its own laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and storage room. A ski room for shared use and 1 reserved parking space (no. 23) in the underground parking with charging facilities for electric cars are also available. The apartment is located in the heart of Schönried and is suitable for summer and winter holidays.
