I recently had the pleasure of staying at the AC Hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed with their outstanding customer service. Every team member was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were immaculate and incredibly comfortable. It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, as everything was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and I enjoyed a great night’s sleep after a long day of traveling. One of the highlights of my stay was the bar experience, thanks to the amazing bartender, Renee. She went above and beyond to ensure that my evening was truly memorable. Her cocktail recommendations were spot-on, and she took the time to chat, making me feel like a valued guest. Her vibrant personality and dedication to her craft added a special touch to my time at the hotel. Overall, the AC Hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service, pristine accommodations, and a fantastic bar experience. I can’t wait to return!

Pros: - convenient location - beautifully designed lobby and bar area - excellent bartenders - very clean rooms - friendly and fast housekeeping staff - pleasant smell - there are microwaves available near the ice machines Cons: - Parking is inconvenient and expensive with no direct access to the hotel (you have to climb a flight of stairs) - Parking has to be paid separate from room charge via an app - They oversold the king room I reserved so I was given a double queen - Shower heads are weak - HBO would not work on the television - The sinks are flat bottomed and do not drain well - no vending machines

Great hotel for marathon weekend
The staff were so nice and helpful. We had a European-style room which had transparent glass in the bathroom. We asked if they had a room with more privacy, and they quickly allowed us to switch rooms. Great location for the marathon, CIM. Quiet location, easy to walk to food and events. Highly recommend.

In the heart of Midtown, this hotel was perfect! It was clean, modern, and close to everything. We walked just a block to the DOCO, the Kings Arena, and Old Sac. We will stay here again on our next visit!
