One of the noisiest rooms we have ever stayed in. The floor of the room above ours squeaked loudly at every step and the bathroom fan in our room groaned. On the plus side, the room was nicely decorated and the breakfast buffet was very good.

Close to Old town Sacramento plus show and Uber was great to get anywhere quickly. Lots of places to eat plus mexican restaurant right next door.

You get what you pay for with this property. The hotel itself looks clean and the front counter staff was amazing. The room was nice with a refrigerator and microwave. But my tv didn’t work and maybe I should’ve complained but I was literally only sleeping in the room so i didn’t see the point. The bathroom sink was a little broken. The water would shoot out in different directions. The shower temperature would fluctuate. It would get super hot like scalding then cool at times. One of the most convenient things was the restaurant in the same parking lot that made it easy for dinner

Overall, property was nice despite the location. Staff upon check in were not helpful, did not care about our situation (just rude and unempathetic/human) and caused many problems for us. Probably won’t stay again unfortunately.

I booked a room with 2 beds & sofa sleeper but it had a water leak so I was offered 1 king & 1 queen. Totally fine except it was for wheelchair persons and shower was very hard to use. The showerhead was obviously lower and on a handle so you had to shower with one hand. I wish I was told. Also the bath sink outside the bathroom. Also the area was NOT GOOD. Got there late and I was worried about the street characters and my car.
