We stayed for two nights. The hotel room was clean, and provided big squeeze bottles of toiletries. It was nice to see that most receptionist were welcoming. We were close to a Museum of curiosity that has a nice park behind it in which my grandkids chased each other while after our picnic, and a Mexican restaurant, both at walking distance.

I really enjoyed the staff so friendly and sweet! I was however, a bit nervous about the safety of my vehicle. I chose this because it was close to our venue and it had a locked access gate but unfortunately at 9pm there was homeless parked and walking around the lot. We found. Out the gate was malfunctioning and had not been fixed. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The lady at the front desk was friendly at check in. We didn’t have any issues with our room. There were some bows made with the towels in our room. So cute. Gooo housekeeping!!! The hallways and elevator look a little outdated but didn’t bother us much. We would stay here again!

We were there for SacAnime Summer and we checked in extremely late because of travel time we didn’t get there until 10pm almost. We were tired, overwhelmed and had so many things to unload and bring in that it was almost dreadful but walking in Troy at the front desk had not only made us laugh in the first few minutes of us getting there but to say the least was definitely the highlight of our stay. My friends and I were in mutual agreement that we’d definitely come back to stay at this hotel just for him. It was never a dull moment when we saw he was the one at the front desk especially since we’d come back in full cosplay and he always had something to say to us to make all that walking around just a little more tolerable. He was the type of real that all of us appreciated just being honest and straight forward cause sometimes that’s what you need. Even on our last day there we were sad that we weren’t gonna get to hear his comments or his stories again once we left. So we highly recommend this hotel it’s like 8-10 minutes away from the convention but it would be an understatement to say that he wasn’t the best part of this trip.

In room 117 there was a very good drink The night time desk man was friendly with everyone. Our shower could use a grab bar at the rear of the tube had a leak. When we used the wand for showering the water would spray from the area that is connected to the shower connection. I found I needed a grab bar at the back of the tub. It would be safer to get out. Loud motorcycles running around outside the hotel. 1 hours. Then someone's with a very loud music system for 1 hour. It is a shame that this is that neighborhood. This is my far the best place. I love the gate to keep your car secure from bad people. Employees are very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. The breakfast is a big plus. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend it.
