They didn’t give me the room I booked, they charge me $100 pet fee for my emotional support animal, my bedroom window didn’t Lock, I supposed to have a sofa bed in the room and I did not the property manager extremely disrespectful.

Why would parking be $12 a night when it’s part of a shopping center? I wasn’t made aware of parking fee, prior to booking. Didn’t sleep well the 1st night on the 2nd floor, because someone above us sound like they we pulling an all nighter?!?

The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. A fire alarm went off at 6am, everyone evacuated and not a single staff member came outside to explain what was going on or check on the guests.
