Not the best place

Not the most comfortable or nice place but the major issue for me was, The place is not as described. Just be aware that there is an additional locked bedroom with a plant in front of the door that is not on the listing. The host acted like he/she is unaware of this locked room. All I ask is for future user’s to be made aware of the room it should be mentioned in the listing and stated that there is not access to that room acting like your not aware of it comes off as deceptive and is a safety concern!

Needs cleaning

This property needs some deep cleaning. There was mold in the bathroom, the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen were sticky and needed to be wiped out, there was no dishwasher soap. TV was Roku and no instructions on how to work it. I wanted local news of the area and couldn't get. I have pictures to back up my complaint.

Very happy with everything

This place worked out perfectly for a stay in Sacramento for the week. This was a far better choice than a hotel. All accommodations were very good. I needed help from the Contact Manager, who responded very quickly. Thanks again. JB
