Management didn’t response to swampy carpet floor at the 2nd floor ice maker machine. It was swampy( the carpet so soaked) until the third day (our checked out day). Breakfast food selection is rated D. Waffle maker is broken for two days.

The staff at this property were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Folsom area. It’s a good area to take a nice walk to the shops and has a beautiful view of houses.

The staff were always very pleasant and helpful. Very quiet. The bedside lamps had plugs built in for our chargers. I would definitely stay there again. Lots of dining and shopping options close by.
