Was never told about the nightly parking fee until after I inquired about the chg on my credit card. I booked thru Expedia, but I also made a faux reservation via your website and it was never mentioned there either. It was also never mentioned my the front desk attendant. Company lacks integrity. Also, I've only stayed at a Hampton Inn only twice and both times I had to be moved to a new room because of the loud and grating noise the AC made. Not likely I'll stay at a Hampton again.

Nice property - beds need update
Usually like Hampton Inn for comfortable beds, However the beds this trip were old and not as good as previous experiences. The staff and property however were nice and the team at front desk very professional.

This hotel has a great location easy right off the freeway and lot of great shops close by. I was a little disappointed when I checked in because I had reserved a room with one king size bed and when I got to my room it was a double queen so that was a little disappointing. Also the mirror in the bathroom was smudgy and dirty and not a huge deal but a pet peeve of mine.
