This home includes 2 bedrooms with very comfortable KING & QUEEN sized beds!

You can feel completely comfortable in this home getting your work done remotely. The kitchen has enough room to make a workspace, and you will never have an issue with our WIFI connectivity.

While you're here, be sure to checkout the backyard area. Provided with a grill and beautifulu firepit!

Neighborhood is quiet and safe with free parking available for permit holders, and yes, we provide a permit :)

Don't forget to take advantage of what this town has to offer during winter time, including an ice skating rink and a special lights ceremony.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

■ Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

■ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

■ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

■ As a reminder, no smoking is allowed at our property. If we discover that a guest has smoked in our home, they will incur a $250 charge to cover the costs of cleaning the property.

■ Checkout is 11am, which gives us enough time to have the home properly cleaned and sanitized before the next guest arrives. If a guest requests late checkout, the maximum checkout time we can provide is 1pm. However, the guest will incur a charge of $20 per extra hour after 11am.

Great location!
We stayed here for a few nights to catch a concert at the Golden One Center. Easy and safe walk to the venue, and a lovely quiet neighborhood. It’s a compact little house - we found it smaller than it appears in the pictures, especially the bathroom. The backyard is a shared space with several other units, but it was nice to say hi to other travelers in the morning. The beds were comfortable! If you stay here, make sure to check out Urban Roots Brewery nearby - we loved it!

This house was the perfect location for my family to stay for my daughter’s college graduation. It is not huge but it worked for us.

Great downtown location
This spot is conveniently located to Midtown, which worked perfectly for my stay (in town for a concert). Walking distance to R Street, which has some fun bars and restaurants to go to. If you're in town for the weekend with your partner or friends, i would recommend staying here.
