Overall great place to stay if you want the feels of midtown Sacramento. Great walking area to the few nearby restaurants. The hotel staff were amazing and responsive when I ran into a small issues with my room. The room was spacious and very nice, pictures don’t do it justice!

Really enjoyed my stay for my birthday. To me, this hotel is a beautiful hidden gem!! Amazing hospitality starting from the phone call I had over the phone with ((starts with a K I’m sorry I cannot remember her name)) she was nice enough to upgrade me just because it was my birthday!!! Check in was smooth, my room was ready early and the room itself was very clean and comfy. I appreciated the restaurant staff and their service. I absolutely should have been better with names but I really enjoyed my time here and can’t wait to come back for another staycation!

I called to let the front desk know that I would around midnight and the front desk acknowleged. But when arrived, I was then told ‘we have over-booked and therefore need to send you to another hotel, Resident Inn, 0.9 mile away. The stuff of both Hyatt House and Residence Inn were friendly. But this change does not give me good impression.
