The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The outdoor pool area is a great spot to hang out on those warm Sacramento afternoons. I've stayed here a few times over the years and it's always a great experience.

Our stay at the Hyatt was lovely. My suggestion is to post some visible signage in the grassy side yard (with the metal picnic tables) noting the time at which the sprinklers turn on! Our group was talking and enjoying the night, when the sprinklers suddenly started spraying us. We were soaked! Another party suffered the same fate, too. Please let your guests know when to avoid the side yard!
