Getting off our car and walking into our room there were two men arguing and lady trying to stop it. Only about 30 minutes in our room and loud music was playing in the parking lot while the other guest were drinking outside. We decided to leave and checkout. While we walked to our car there was another man outside with no shirt drinking and smoking with a guy in a wheel chair asking if he wanted to buy drugs from him. We checked out and informed the front desk of what we saw and stated they weren’t able to give us a refund even tho we only stood for 30 minutes.

Property was in a pretty sketchy area of town. Gas stations across the street had some sort of police activity going on, homeless begging for change outside the hotel and living under the overpass. Overall just a not great area

This hotel is located in Zombie land, surrounded by substance users, who sleep outside and inside the property. They also showed up inside the dining room during breakfast, took food, without a permission. The walkways are concrete covered or stained by urine residues. The rooms are filthy, the bed clothes filthy, only one little soap bar. Thank God I made it safely out of there. The staff are kind and tried their best to accommodate me, but what can they do.

The area has many homeless, but it’s conveniently near the river and Old Town Sacramento… the city is beautiful and can be expensive…. If you travel with children I recommend staying at a more exclusive hotel . The breakfast was a seven, had waffle but no other hot foods . Pool was cold and jacuzzi not working….. Big dogs living on property and one not nice …. More like an apartment building than a motel or hotel

The property is dirty, a lot people lives there as their regular home, is look that they consume drugs, I found three shirts in a iron closet, cigarettes smoke came into the room. It was to dark outside. Ugly place..

I d consider this property as a motel, the area is unsafe, and many homeless people walk around and camp next to the property fence. The room smelled terrible with smoke and was unsanitary. The carpet was very sticky and black. We stayed for 2 nights, I should have requested a new room since I thought I just needed a place to rest, but I would never come back or either recommend it.

The place was surrounded by homeless and the rooms smelled like cigarettes including the “clean linens”

The property is surrounded by homeless camps and that spills over onto the hotel property. People race in the loud cars right down the center of the parking lot and video the races. All doors face the parking lot so no rest. The elevator needs repair. They allow dogs and the pet owners allowed the dog to charge me on the stairs! The breakfast is very limited and should be noted as continental only.

The staff were not friendly. The area surrounding the motel has many homeless and I was offered drugs and prostitutes more than a couple times.

It was a little bit on the dirty side but manageable. When we arrived a gentleman was pressure washing the outside walls and doors. There was some water that came into our room but we informed him and he came to clean up the floors right away. We also asked for an extra pillow and got that within 10 minutes. Overall for the location and price it was to be expected.
