Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this comfortable modern studio will let you recharge in style! Built in 1895 and located in the middle of Midtown, one of Sacramento's most sought after neighborhoods. This apartment is close to it all!

The spacious living room/bedroom features a bay window with blackout curtains for your sleeping enjoyment, a laptop desk that doubles as a vanity, 42" smart tv with active Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Video accounts, 100 mbps internet speed, and a brand new Sealy Beauty Rest queen sized mattress to get a good night's sleep.

Unlike a traditional studio, the kitchen is separate from the main living area, where you will have full access to everything you need to make a meal at home:
gas stove, oven, large fridge, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, knives, dishes, utensils, glassware, wine glasses, filtered water, coffee, tea, oil, sea salt and pepper.

Need to wash your clothes? No problem! There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash.

The studio also features a large walk-in closet/dressing room that has plenty of room for your wardrobe.

You have full access to the entire studio.

Other things to note:
Please note that this is a Downtown location which comes with Downtown parking. Parking can sometimes be difficult to find but you will receive a parking pass that is good for a 3 block radius. Pay close attention to street signs as they change from street to street. Some will only allow 2 hour parking unless you have a parking pass and some will require no parking at certain times for street sweeping. We are not responsible for parking tickets.

Convenient Location
It's a nice old flat. The unit is the end apt. in like a 6 apt. house and edges on the street and an alley that is like a street. So, for privacy, I'd keep the curtains closed and didn't get the wonderful light in the picture. You get a parking pass for the street, but parking can be challenging so give yourself extra time. The kitchen was big and well equipped; it's great to have a washer and dryer, but the dryer is very noisy so don't plan on going to sleep with it running.

comfortable apartment in midtown, close to restuaurants, the capitol and parks
The apartment was comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed and there was a Kerig coffee maker. The extra towels were appreciated we stayed a week. The only suggestion is more shelves to put items especially for getting dressed when coming out of the bathroom.The parking was a challenge at times, but we were able to find a spot. It is just part of being in the midtown area. On a positive note the parking is free.The owner was easy to communicate with and we enjoyed our stay.

I definitely recommend this property! My husband and I were first time visitors to Sacramento and wanted to be close to our son’s downtown apartment but without paying downtown hotel rates. This location was great for local bars and restaurants (and a nearby grocery store) and within walking distance to the capitol. A guest manual is provided that has a lot of recommendations for food, entertainment etc…very helpful. Ubers are easy to get if needed. Ryan is a great host and very responsive. We look forward to our next trip!

The host was great, fabulous communication. The property was exactly as described, very comfortable a great accommodation I was in Sacramento for a four day conference. I was able to park my vehicle and walk everywhere I needed to go. Six blocks from the conference center, state capital, K St., Mall, old town Sacramento, Grocery stores, tons of restaurants I highly recommend this spot.

Clean, comfortable studio apartment with well-equipped kitchen; located on 2nd floor. Stove/oven is mini but perfect for two. (Gas burners on stove are either On or Off; no adjustments for low, medium, or high). Great location, walking distance to Convention Center. Would stay again if in the area.
