**Please note all stays over 30 days require a monthly cleaning, paid by the guest at our current standard cleaning rate. Guest will be contacted in order to make payment and coordinate scheduling at a time when the property is vacant so that our cleaning staff can have the best use of their time and prepare the property for the guest return.
