This property is located in a good location. Swimming pool hot tub was terrible. There was so much chlorine fumes that made my kids sick for 3 days and the hotel management had no regrets about it. Cannot believe this is a Marriott property

Pros: very friendly staff, breakfast was decent, accommodated requests promptly, great location (had corner room) and quiet, safe area, we had pets and it was easy to take them in and out. Cons: need two people working in the evening to help with checkins, but Paul was super friendly on his own, serve breakfast longer duration and more options available for entrie time, room was not as cleaned as expected- pillowcases had hair on them, no bedding for pullout sofa in the room

This property was super comfortable. The hall floor carpets were very thick and it helped keep the halls quiet. Our suite with kitchenette was roomy, comfortable, and quiet. The included breakfast was really good with tons of choices. The person staffing it was very helpful. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool too. This is a great place to stay.

Room was extremely clean and tidy. Breakfast was great. Only issue was the front desk lady that checked us in was a bit rude and unfriendly and tried telling me I needed to sign up for Marriott Bon Voyage even though I rarely travel and acted like I was stupid for not wanting to sign up.

The mail reason we came to the property was the indoor pool. We called 2 hours before the arrival to make the reservation and NOBODY told us that the pool is broken for more then 2 month. It was totally unexepytable. False advertising 2- no body lotion at the room. When I called and asked for it only 1 little tube was brought. 3- Breakfast. They had all extras for yogurt and oatmeal like nuts and raising were OUT of oatmeal and out of yogurt. So basically no food for kids. 4- Outdoor area as dark , I had to call to concierge and ask to lighten it. I haven’t expected such a poor stay at Marriott operated hotel and would definitely ask to be compensated.
