Huge Yard, Quiet Cul-de-Sac, Perfect for Families

Ranch style, one-story home on a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes south of downtown Sacramento and 20 minutes to Sacramento International Airport. The home is close to the river where you can find Scott's Seafood and bike trails. We have a huge backyard with lots of fruit trees. Note: it is illegal to host any parties at a short-term rental in Sacramento. We do not allow parties of any kind.

We have owned this home since 2002. We love it because it is so safe and quiet, as well as being close to downtown and the freeway. We have a large enclosed backyard that is great for dogs and kids. We have a garden with fruits and vegetables that you are welcome to use while you are here. We use the garage for storage so we occasionally will need to grab something out of there but we give our guests privacy during their stay so we will not go into the home or the backyard.

Guests have full access to the entire home. Please do not park in front of any neighbor's homes in our court. Please only park in the driveway or directly in front of our home. We keep our personal belongings in the garage, so we keep that locked.

We are available to answer any questions via phone, text, email. We understand how important privacy is for our guest so will not go into the home or backyard.

Very close to I-5, bike trails, Scott’s Seafood on the river and Kobasics Candies. You have to try Kobasics if you like chocolates, and I highly recommend happy hour at Scott's, it has a great views of the river too.

The home is only 10 minutes south of downtown Sacramento. We are about 20 minutes from Sacramento International Airport. We are about a 10 minutes drive from the Sacramento Amtrak Rail Station. Uber and Lift are easy to get from our home.

We do not do early check ins or late checkouts.

We have a Ring doorbell camera that faces out towards the driveway and front porch, and one on each side of the home. There are no cameras in the house or backyard for your privacy.

No extra guests. Please tell us exactly how many guests you will have. If you have extra guests in the home that you do not tell us about there will be $25 fee per guest over the number you said. This includes guests that are not staying the night. This is to prevent parties.

We have Minut noise monitoring. Minut is 100% privacy compliant, camera-free, and is required on this property. Please let us know if you have any questions or check out the website to learn more. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay and keep sound down between the hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Minut does not record conversation, it simply measures volume level and sends alerts to us and our guest if sound is over 70 decibels. There are motion sensor cameras installed on the exterior of the property for security of the home and to help prevent parties and extra guests. If you have a party we will ask you to leave our home for breaking the rules.

Beds: We have 3 nice queen mattresses to provide an excellent night's sleep for our guests. The 4th room has a day bed, so can use it as one twin or as a queen.
-Please send an inquiry with the reason for your stay if you are local. We screen local stays now due to local guests throwing big parties and theft.
-No extra guests. If you are not honest about the number of guests, we will charge $25 per guest overstated number of guests. This includes guests who are not staying the night. This may seem strict but parties have become a big problem.
-Do not park on the street.
-No weed smoking in the home. It makes the whole house smell for days and the next guest can't check-in. You could be charged for the cleanup.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Sacramento River. You'll find features such as 1 hot tub. The holiday home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.

Great property
This is great place for a big family to stay. It has all the amenities you might need. The house was clean with the exception of the outdoor furniture which could use some attention.
