Southwest Sacramento Property
Could use a deep cleaning. Had to buy silverware hot pads, aluminum pan, so all 4 of us could have enough utensils to eat, and bake. Microwave door frame cracked. Only 3 chairs for dining room table. Host slow to respond to messages.

Blocked booking without refund
The host messaged me to say they couldn't honour our booking due to an issue with the property, but failed to offer a refund. A week later and still no follow-up. I'm now chasing up with VRBO support but this is terrible service given the initially confirmed booking and being charged in full. If the host needs to cancel they need to do so, especially as my booking was non-refundable if I cancelled it myself.

After 4:30
I messaged about 2 hours early see if could get early check in. Received a nice reply saying will check & get back to me. Never did. At 4 asked for info due to it being time to check in. After being lost for 30-45min received answer that it was re-booked and I no longer had a place to stay... Received my full refund a few days later. VRBO was kinda fair paid for hotel 3 nights but deposit took last of my money

Poor communications
The key to enter was hidden. Use of TV was compromised. Use of kitchen stove impossible w/o directions. Otherwise, was reason for renting. the condo location to hospital

Deceived by Google
We were looking for a clean place to stay with comfortable beds for a weekend wedding. We got what we wanted, so no complaints, however the couches were creaky and a bit uncomfortable. Getting to the location was a bit difficult as the Google directions kept taking us to a run down apartment complex just on the backside of the condo complex. It took a while to figure out but, once we did, we were able to settle in.

La casa se mira bien pero, No sirve la plancha, no sirve la estufa, el aire acondicionado está controlado por el dueño, se siente muy sofocado en los cuartos de arriba. El dueño solo mencionó que iba a mandar a alguien, pero nunca llegó nadie para solucionarnos el problema.
