Read and relax on the beachfront patio or dine on the deck facing the bay.

Great Italian, Seafood, and Steakhouse Restaurants, a marina, liquor store, grocery, deli, salon and famous Trout Pond are less than a 3 minute drive or a leisurely 10 minute walk. The town of Sag Harbor village is 5-10 minutes away. Bridgehampton and the Long Island Railroad are 15 minutes.
