Très bon service et belle chambre, mais l'air climatisé fonctionnait à moitié. Sinon, se retrouver à travers les étages, la sortie, les restaurants n'était pas très clair. Et 1 ascenseur... J'ai attendu 3 ascenseurs pour avoir de place pour moi et ma valise pour mon départ.

Un hôtel 4 étoiles dans lequel le ménage n’est pas fait pour des raisons pseudo « écologiques ». Une salle de bain hors d’âge et des lits qui sont en fait des canapés convertibles. Les couloirs sont glauques. Le personnel est peu disposés à vous écouter. A fuir. Préférez un hôtel plus charmant!

L'hôtel est bien situé et près des restos ainsi que la zone portuaire. On a eu un très bel accueil et le personnel est professionnel, Le restaurant Inter était excellent. Nos déjeuners inclus à la carte furent grandement appréciés. Le personnel de la restauration était courtois et très professionnel eux aussi. Bref, un très bon séjour de 3 jours.

Il s’agissait de notre deuxième expérience à cet hôtel et cette fois-ci il y avait quelques petits inconvénients. Il semblait y avoir un problème avec la plomberie dans la salle de bain, l’eau s’accumulait énormément et prenait beaucoup de temps à être évacuée. Le plancher de baignoire était étrangement mou. L’impression qu’il allait se briser sous nos pieds. De plus nous nous sommes faits réveillés à 9h du matin par une préposée qui vérifiait si la chambre était occupée ou non pour le ménage, ce qui n’était pas très agréable. Je pense qu’il serait bien qu’il y ait des petites pancartes à mettre sur la porte pour que les préposés sachent quand ne pas déranger. En dehors de ça le service ainsi que le petit déjeuner étaient excellents et la zone est extrêmement calme. La chambre était très propre et le lit super confortable!
