Modern, comfortable, very large house with stunning views.
We were a large family group of 16 (8 adults and 8 children) and this house was brilliant! It is very comfortable with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and hot water, a lovely garden with a tennis court, and gorgeous views out over the sea. There are beaches within easy walking distance, and great walks straight from the house. We also made car expeditions to various interesting surrounding historic towns, etc. All in all it was a great success.

Notre séjour en famille a été absolument parfait. La situation de la maison est magique : une vue à couper le souffle, un superbe jardin et une maison où nous avons vécu 15 jours à 13 personnes dans le plus grand confort tant en terme d'espace (la maison est immense) que d'équipements (une salle de bain pour quasiment chaque chambre, une douche extérieure avec eau chaude pour le retour de la plage, une buanderie, une pièce pour étendre le linge, deux cuisines ... on pourrait s'y perdre tellement c'est grand ;-) On peut accéder à une plage à quelques minutes à pied très sauvage et très peu fréquentée, le bonheur. Les paysages sont très beaux. Aucune fausse note pour ce séjour dans cette maison qu'on n'est prêt pas d'oublier.

Lorsque l'on rentre dans la propriété, la maison et sa fantastique vue mer ne se voient pas tout de suite. Mais lorsque les arbres laissent place, alors on ne peut être qu'émerveillé. La maison est immense, les chambres ont quasiment toutes une vue mer. La vue est splendide, exceptionnelle. Il est possible de passer des heures sur la terrasse à regarder la marée changer le décor. Nous étions 16 adultes, tous ont été bluffés, tous ont eu l'effet "wouah!!!!!". Au dernier étage, une salle de jeu gigantesque, nous a permis également de nous distraire pendant que d'autres jouaient au tennis... La maison outre sa vue sublime, est aussi isolée, ce qui complète la sensation d'être seul au monde et privilégié, l'espace de ce moment de location. A ce jour, c'est le plus beau bien que j'ai loué. Et c'est aussi la seule fois que la réalité est bien plus jolie que les photos ne laissent paraître. Je ne peux que recommander!

Nous venons de passer un merveilleux séjour. La Villa est magnifique et très très bien située. elle est parfaitement équipée. Elle se situe dans un environnement idyllique et Calme. Vous avez accès à la plage en 5 min à pieds. C’est un endroit parfait pour partir entre amis ou en famille. Je recommande a 100%.

Séjour excellent tout a été parfait
Propriété très vaste: 4 belles chambres équipées de salle de bain et WC, 2 chambres équipées de douche et lavabo, 1 chambre équipée de lavabo. Plus 2 WC. Deux belles cuisines, 1 grand salon au réez de chaussée et un au premier étage. Un grand grenier avec table de ping Pong et baby foot. La maison comporte partout de grande baies vitrées qui permettent d'avoir vues splendides sur la mer. Pour l'extérieur: un barbe chue, un tennis, belle terrasse sur trois cotés, Très grand jardin composé de pelouse et massifs de fleurs. Propriété parfaitement isolée par de nombreux arbres. Et pour "couronner" le tout, vue absolument magnifique qui surlombe la mer avec vue sur le Fort Lalatte.

Lorsqu'on arrive dans la propriété, quelques mètres après le portail, on découvre la Bâtisse, avec la mer en arrière plan ... la première envie est de faire le tour du jardin et d'apprécier la vue sur mer (à 180°) ... c'est juste magnifique !!! ... Puis vient l'entrée dans la maison : c'est encore plus beau que sur les photos du site ! ... les pièces sont grandes, bien agencées, la pièce principale Cuisine + salle à manger + salon est impressionnante ... et la terrasse immense !, avec une balustrade coupe vent très appréciée ... et cette vue ! époustouflante à tous les étages ! ... la maison est propre, les équipements sont neufs et modernes ... nous y avons passé un superbe week-end ... et nous avons eu du mal à quitter ce lieu splendide !
