Beautiful contemporary house built in 2010 of 180 m2 on one level on ground of 500 M ² closed. quiet street. House at the end of an alley, set back. Close to shops (bakery, tobacco press, pizzeria, pharmacy, supermarket). You can do everything on foot, beach and port 700 meters, market and shops 300 m. Village of St Denis d'Oléron. Bike rentals, boat trip, discovery of Fort Boyard, Chassiron lighthouse, shuttle to La Rochelle and many other possibilities await you.
Throughout the year, reservations are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday, which is a minimum of 7 days.

The house includes: living room of 62 m².

- Fully equipped modern open kitchen: dishwasher, fridge

electric, seafood platter, salad bowls, grill-pierrade, fondue set,
table vacuum cleaner, crockery and cutlery. A table and 6 chairs. Child chair.
The night part includes a corridor to access the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom,
All bedding is new and quality (2020).
- Two bedrooms each with a bed of 160*200, and a bedroom with a sofa bed

- An independent bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub and
2 sinks, hair dryer, towel dryer. A separate toilet
- A second shower room with walk-in shower, sink, dryer

- A 30m² terrace in front of the south-east facing dining room with a garden table, eight chairs and a large 3m x 3m parasol.
- With an above ground swimming pool of 6m x 3.5m x 1.20 m and terrace with 4 sun loungers and parasol.
- CAMPIG GAZ grill on wheels (a full gas cylinder is provided),

The rental price includes:
1-local taxes.
2- bedding: protects mattresses, fitted sheets, flat sheets, duvets, duvets
duvets, pillows, pillowcases, (just out of the dry cleaner to make sure
good sanitary conditions). The beds are prepared before the arrival of the tenants.
3- towels for each of the tenants: a large towel, a

5- basic products (toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap, dish soap, tablets for the dishwasher, rinsing liquid (NO SALT SOFTENER) for the dishwasher, laundry and softener for the washing machine),

The rate does not include the final cleaning, a deposit of 125 € will be requested on arrival and returned if it was made.

IMPORTANT: Guarantee conditions - deposit
1- Deposit: a check of 1500 € on arrival that will be returned to you upon departure after the inspection of the premises. The deposit of 125 € will also be returned if the cleaning is done
2 - You will also be asked for a certificate of civil liability for the duration of the stay from your insurance.

L'île d'Oléron avec un grand O !
Très bon séjour dans un ce gîte fort agréable, idéalement placé : découvrez les joies du marché à pied et des plages à vélo! La maison est conforme aux photos, voire encore plus belle. Elle est très bien équipée, décorée avec goût et vous vous sentirez comme chez vous, mais en vacances :-). La piscine est agréable et suffisante pour se remettre de ses émotions de la journée. Petit plus : elle est très bien entretenue par un professionnel ! Donc pas de soucis ! Rien à redire donc et merci aux propriétaires pour leurs charmantes attentions à notre arrivée ! Merci à Cécilia également pour son accueil et sa gentillesse ! Bref, pas d'hésitations : vous pouvez réservez les yeux fermés !

Très beau séjour
La maison est conforme aux photos, voire encore plus belle. Décorations harmonieuses et artistiques. Délicates attentions de la part du propriétaire via la conciergerie à notre arrivée. La piscine est de taille idéale pour se rafraîchir d’une journée bien chaude et faire 3 brasses ou jouer avec les amis et la famille. L’équipement est plus que complet (4 ménagères de couverts!) et la vaisselle est jolie et sort des classiques arcoroc de location. Le manque d’arbre est compensé par les parasols suffisamment larges pour nous maintenir à l’ombre. Nous reviendrons probablement!

Vacances en famille sur l’io
Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette propriété. C’est spacieux, très bien équipée, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, parfait pour les grandes familles. Nous pouvions aller à pieds au marché, au port, à la plage de la boirie… Les vélos à disposition sont un plus. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très attentionnés. Notre seul regret, la piscine non chauffée mais le temps étant avec nous, nous avons pu en profiter tout de même. Je recommande cette propriété pour des vacances en famille.

Superbe maison !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur saint Denis d’Oléron. La maison est vraiment belle, les chambres sont grandes, la terrasse, les deux salle de bain, la pièce de vie tout est idéale pour partir entre amis ! Je recommande fortement, super échanges avec l’hôte et le service de conciergerie. Merci encore à eux d’avoir été si arrangeant. Première vacance avec un bébé de 6 mois (toujours stressant) et bien tout était au top et nous a permis de passer de super vacances reposantes Petit + : la salle de bain avec baignoire et double douche !

Séjour très agréable dans cette villa tout confort
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa très confortable et spacieuse à 2 pas du marché de St Denis d'Oléron et proche du port et de la plage de la Boirie. La maison est très agréable et divinement décorée, la salle de bain est splendide et super grande et fonctionnelle avec sa double douche et sa baignoire. Un vrai coup de coeur.

Très agréable séjour.
Maison très bien équipée; beaucoup d'espace. Espace nuit bien séparé de l'espace jour; A voir peut être à remplacer le canapé lit de la 3ème chambre par un vrai lit. Quand la 2ème salle d'eau sera terminée le lieu de séjour sera au top pour 7 personnes. Nous avons effectué une découverte de la région super enrichissante qui nous a donné envie de revenir

La maison est très agréable à vivre et bien située notamment par rapport au marché. Prestations de qualité, maison moderne et pratique. Une maison tres accueillante pour se sentir comme chez soi
Une belle maison, très agréable même en période de canicule. Proche du centre de Saint-Denis et son marché et sa plage. Tout peut se vivre sans voiture. Merci pour les vélos, c’etait pas prévu et ça fait vraiment plaisir. La cuisine est une perfection du genre. La terrasse et son gigantesque parasol permettent des repas en extérieur sans sans se soucier du soleil. Merci aussi à l’entreprise de conciergerie, très accommodante, et au propriétaire qui répond rapidement par messagerie.
