Parfait pour séjour en famille élargie
Excellentes vacances. Il s'agissait d'un séjour de 2 semaines, avec deux parties différentes de ma famille pour chaque semaine. Accueil parfait par Marine, merci! Nous connaissions l'ile d'Oléron, mais y passer du temps dans une telle maison était nouveau pour nous. La maison est très vaste, aérée, extrêmement agréable, et nous n'avons jamais eu la sensation de nous marcher sur les pieds, même à 14! Beaucoup de précisions manquent sur le site, c'est regrettable car cela ne fait qu'améliorer la qualité du séjour: il y a deux cuisines (une d'intérieur, une d'extérieur) toutes deux étonnamment bien équipées pour des cuisines de vacances (les fours Rosières sont par exemple de très bonne qualité!). Nous avons pris tous nos repas (hors petit dej) dans la cuisine d'été, très bien aérée par temps chaud, et que l'on peut fermer les nuits plus frisquettes. Il y a un BBQ, une plancha ... rien ne manque! Pareil pour les jeux d'exterieurs (terrain de boule, autre terrain parfait pour du voley, table de ping pong...) La piscine est très agréable, le plancher en bois également. Le soir, les couchers de soleil donnent aux arbres environnants et au ciel des couleurs magnifiques. Les chambres sont grandes (presque trop pour celle avec un dressing!), la literie remarquable pour une location. Il y a un petit jardin de l'autre côté de la maison, avec un magnifique cèdre - parfait pour les lecteur/trices romantiques, ou pour des petits déjeuners en comité restreint. séjour mémorable

Merveilleux moments
Nous venons de passer le week-end de l'ascension dans cette maison incroyable. Malgré le temps froid et venteux, notre week-end a été très réussi. La maison est très bien placée, juste à côté du port, du marché et des commerces de Boyardville. La plage est à moins de 10min à pied. La rue est une impasse privée donc niveau sécurité et calme c'était parfait. Pour en venir à la maison, elle est parfaite. Accueillante, chaleureuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Très grande, tout le monde a la place de circuler. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain (sauf la dépendance qui a un toilette et un lavabo), (2 douches dans le dortoir), les enfants étaient ravis. Tout est bien pensé, le linge était prêt, la literie d'un grand confort, des jeux pour la piscine, et nous avons été très touché par l'attention des propriétaires qui offrent un beau plateau gourmand de bienvenu, c'est vraiment très appréciable. La communication a toujours été fluide entre nous et ils ont été très à l'écoute et disponible si besoin. Nous allons vite revenir 😉 Encore merci !

Superbe maison
Nous avons loué cette maison avec un petit groupe d’amis. Le fait qu’il y ai une salle de bain dans chaque chambre (sauf dépendance uniquement WC) est très agréable. La maison était décorée pour noël avec des petites attentions. Les produits de première utilité (sel, poivre, huile, ...) était présent. Le propriétaire était très gentil et à l’écoute. Une adresse à recommander ! L’environnement est très agréable, au calme, que se soit avec la vue sur le canal ou sur la piscine. Proche de la plage et du centre de Boyardville.

Parfait en tous points
Voilà une excellente adresse, à tous points de vue : la maison est grande, fonctionnelle, d'une propreté impeccable, aménagée et décorée avec goût. La piscine, parfaitement entretenue, est un atout majeur durant les fortes chaleurs estivales. L'implantation de la maison, près du beau chenal de Boyardville, à deux pas du marché où l'on va à pied, très proche aussi de la plage des Saumonards où l'on se rend à vélo par les chemins de la superbe forêt, tout cela nous apparaît comme exceptionnel. De plus, M. Signol est accueillant, souriant, soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires. Nous l'en remercions Nous espérons pouvoir nous retrouver en famille dans cette maison, très prochainement.
