That Frippin’ View is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation. This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo is located in the stunning Sea Islands of South Carolina and is ideal for a couple’s getaway or small family trip. Located on the second floor of the building, accessible from the elevator, you and your guests can enjoy incredible views from your private patio. With on-site parking, you can easily explore the area’s restaurants and entertainment, or you can stay home and swim in the communal pool—either way, you’ll have a blast. That Frippin’ View is the perfect place to call home during your vacation to Fripp Island.

*Guest cards are not available to purchase nor would you be able get them to access Fripp Island amenities like golf, resort pools or restaurants. The home does have access to the community pool pictured*

Long weekend
Best location overlooking the pool and the ocean. We watched the dolphins in the morning and the deer on the golf course in the evenings. Lovely condo! Decorated just beautiful!

That Frippin' View
A lovely condo with soothing decor and a beautiful view of the ocean. Slept great every night in a very comfortable bed. Received a text within a hour of arrival just to check that everything was to our liking. Would definitely stay here again!!!

What a view!
View is spectacular. Bright, lovely condo. Small bedrooms but very comfortable and in great condition. It's on second floor and elevator was out which we found out late and was somewhat of an issue. But overall great especially for 2 couples

I thought I already did this review. However, 2 bedrooms and 1 shower was an issue, no parking available , cannot eat at the restaurant right across the way. Only being able to have one car at the location where we never had parking anyways. The view was great. We left a day early.

Fripp Island Wedding Stay
The listing stated no “guest passes” were offered with the property but having never been to Fripp Island before we had no clue what that meant. Not having guest passes prevents you from doing anything on the island or going anywhere…you can barely visit the mini grocery store and liquor store but aren’t able to go to any bars, restaurants, golf courses or any other amenity of the island. There is no local TV and most stations require subscriptions. While the inside of the property was clean and overall very nice the patio hasn’t been swept/cleaned possibly in months. Also thankfully neither my wife or I needed an elevator even staying on the third floor because the elevator was out of order which in resulted in multiple trips of up and down the stairs for loading and unloading. Very strongly believe the “guest pass” issue was very poorly handled and communicated by both the owners and the rental company and would be very leery to rent from either ever again.
