Welcome to the Saint-Jore apartment!

Located in the center of Saint-Jorioz and all its shops.

Discover a charming apartment in a new building, in the center of a beautiful lake village.
Ideal for 4 people, it consists of two separate bedrooms, separate toilets, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a huge balcony in a quiet area, and an equipped kitchen overlooking a large living room/living room.
A covered garage is at your disposal for your car or your bikes and free space outside. 🅿️
You will reach the lake in less than 3 minutes: less than a kilometer separates the apartment from the lake!

The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x200cm and storage.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds 90x190cm as well as storage.
High-speed TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.

Linen will be provided free of charge for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with elevator.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance, you can move without a car during your stay and leave your car in the condominium parking.

Saint-Jorioz is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a mountain setting.
Visit its village, mountains, port and beaches!

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

DIFFICILE DE TROUVER MIEUX
Au centre de St JORIOZ en retrait de la rue principale et à deux pas d'un petit super U l'immeuble est là. L'appartement est au 3ème, vaste, clair, vue sur les montagnes et la petite église... superbe avec son grand balcon en L. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la salle d'eau magnifique. A NE PAS RATER.

Bon emplacement appartement spacieux et lumineux
Bonne communication avec le gérant immobilier. Résidence de standing calme en retrait de là route. Bien situé pour découvrir Annecy et ses alentours. L’appartement est très agréable fonctionnel et très lumineux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand balcon et la proximité des commerces. Je recommande.

excellent séjour mais notre voiture s'en souviendra!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce superbe appartement. Notre seule réserve concerne le garage souterrain dont l'accès est quasiment impossible pour une berline de grand gabarit. Nous avons laissé la peinture d'une aile avant et d'une aile arrière de notre SUV lors de notre tentative de nous garer dans le box, pour finalement y renoncer et se garer à l'extérieur de l'enceinte de la résidence. De plus, en réponse à notre question sur la marque de la machine à café, on nous a indiqué TASSIMMO alors qu'il s'agit d'une NESPRESSO, d'où l'achat prévisionnel inutile de dosettes TASSIMO. Il serait bon de le préciser dans le descriptif
