Cocoonr agency offers this charming 80 m² flat for rent in Saint-Malo, 300 metres from the corsair town centre, with a lovely unobstructed view of the Duguay Trouin basin and 200 metres from the Sillon beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), with no overlooked neighbours, this bright apartment comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony, ideal for enjoying an aperitif while watching the bustle of the harbour. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A balcony with furniture to enjoy the nice days and the view.

For even more comfort : high chair for babies to be requested if necessary and washing machine.

In the Sillon district, you are one street away from the main beach on foot, but also from all amenities. And 2 minutes walk from the historical centre Intra-Muros, or from the Palais des Congrès and the espace Duguay Trouin if you come for work. The thalassa centre is 15 minutes away on foot.

Activities :
The ancient corsair city of Saint-Malo is built on a rock. With its magnificent ramparts, it offers a magnificent panorama over the sea and the Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and Sark. If the tour of the ramparts is a must, the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier is not to be outdone either, with its picturesque cobbled streets, its rich shipowners' houses and its castle, whose dungeon is home to the Museum of the History of the City and the Malouin Country. In Saint-Malo, you can watch the high tides or the start of the Route du Rhum, go to the National Fort at low tide, built according to Vauban's plans, discover Chateaubriand's tomb on the Grand Bé islet, and take a boat tour of the bay...

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, such as the Dock on the quayside, a bar-restaurant that often has a great atmosphere during concerts or matches. Loft atmosphere in this industrially decorated building.
The Cabane sur les quais offers a seafood buffet.
Tombelaine Coquillage offers the best seafood platters to take away.
Intra-Muros or on the causeway of the furrow offer you numerous restaurants, some of which are on the waterfront.
Go and admire Saint-Malo from the top of the Ambassadeur hotel with its Rooftop (bar on the roof of the hotel).

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park near the accommodation, a parking space may be available in the basement of the residence but it is not assigned and cannot be reserved.

As far as other means of transport are concerned, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus: bus station at the bottom of the residence.
- Nearest train station: Saint Malo train station located at about 10 minutes walking distance.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport is about 18 minutes away by car and Rennes airport is about 1 hour away by car.
