Countryside house of 80 m² in duplex at the foot of the village of St Pierre de Chartreuse, accommodating up to 6 guests. It features a lower terrace for outdoor dining in summer and a garden with access to the Guiers river for relaxing to the sound of water.

The house is close to the swimming pool and bike park of St Pierre, and at the start of many hiking trails for summer. It is also a 5-minute drive from the main ski resort gondola for winter.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, cozy living room with a wood stove. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a second bedroom with two trundle beds, and a shower room.
