The cleanliness of the place has drastically dropped, the sink in our bathroom was disgusting, the weeds on our patio were 2 feet high, the patio door screen was half destroyed and to top it up our beds were not made after returning from a full day out, only the towels were replaced. I will not go back there and will never recommend it again.

The room was very dirty and definitely have not been clean properly…I am even wondering if the bed sheets were clean. There was food on the floor, pubic hair on the toilet seat, we found an ear plug in one bed and a plastic bottle cap in the other bed plus everything was full of dust like everywhere in the hotel not just the rooms. The bathrooms beside the pool we’re disgusting.

My phone was stolen at approx.7pm on aug 3rd. From the pool area. I put it down to go swimming and later informed the front desk that there was only a few other ppl in the pool area at the time and that i was probably them. The person at the desk hardly took my room number. There is a camera in the pool area she didnt even takw my name no interest in helping.
