Townhouse very well located in Saint Trojan. 100m from the seaside, 500m from the city center. Ideally located to be close to everything without having to suffer the pangs of proximity with entertainment and the very busy seaside.
Cleverly arranged with the bedrooms upstairs, this house also has a very large terrace allowing you to enjoy the good weather in Oléron. A very good heating system allows you to enjoy the house, whatever the season and the outside temperature.
The house has 7 beds, 3 of which are more intended for children, bunk beds, but the 2 bedrooms allow one or two families to take advantage of its calm and environment in an optimal way. Garden furniture, barbecue, TNT television, wifi, every comfort is available. Gas stove, the bathroom is on the ground floor and the WC is separate.
