Logement à rénover et à nettoyer
L’accueil de Thierry a été très bien. Il est très flexible sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Comme nous arrivions un dimanche, Il nous avait acheté du pain et du beurre, et laissé quelques provisions. Le logement est spacieux et situé à côté d’un Leclerc et de restaurants. La cuisine est bien équipée (le grille pain est à changer). La literie est bien et beaucoup de linge de maison était à notre disposition. La vue donne sur un joli jardin. Il y a une piscine à disposition. Par contre le logement doit être rénové et un grand ménage en profondeur s’impose : du calcaire partout, les toilettes n’étaient pas propres (les lunettes sont à changer), les joints des douches sont noirs et l’eau s'écoule très mal, les bacs des douches ne sont pas propres, le tuyau du robinet de l’évier tient avec de la ficelle, les vitres et miroirs ne sont pas nettoyés et un des placards de la cuisine sent le moisi. J’ai acheté de la javel pour faire un minimum de ménage…. Mais j’estime que lorsqu’on loue un logement il doit être impeccable surtout qu’un forfait ménage est compris dans le prix de la location.

Nous avons passé un mois chez Thierry qui est un hôte tres gentil, disponible et arrangeant sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Nous étions très à l'aise comme à la maison. Maison très bien située avec des commerces de proximité. Je recommande cette location.

Charmante maison très fonctionnelle dans une résidence sécurisée.
Nous avons passé un séjour très très agréable en Guadeloupe. La maison vraiment très bien. Le propriétaire (un homme très gentil et discret) il passait voir régulièrement si nous avions besoin de quelques choses. Cette maison est située à 5mn à pieds de la mer. Une superbe plage très tranquille avec de grandes promenades sur un magnifique sentier. Et de l'autre côté à 2 ou 3 mn un super.U, pharmacie, bureau de tabac, primeur et PLATS à emporter. Voilà que dire de plus sauf que nous avons déjà programmé un autre séjour en Guadeloupe et inutile de vous dire que se sera dans la même maison. Merci encore à Thierry. Le propriétaire

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la villa est suffisamment spacieuse pour une famille de 5, le cadre est agréable et verdoyant, la résidence calme et sécurisée.
