This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and everything was fantastic. The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly. Check in is fast and easy. I’m a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness. This place meets or exceeds my standards. Breakfast is a full spread and not just waffles and muffins. No complaints whatsoever. Really quiet as well. Rooms are pretty soundproof. Can’t hear noisy bath fans or anything like that.

I liked the quietness of the property since it was tucked away off busy street. I could hear the freeway since I was in back of building but not bad. Good breakfast options. Liked the lemon water in entrance and the candies on front desk.

When we first went to our assigned room, we felt it was quite noisy (freeway traffic). We went and asked to change rooms although the receptionist had tried to give us a quiet room. He very patiently looked at the options, selected another room and went with us to see if it was more suitable, which it was. We appreciate his efforts to make us comfortable
