The Space:
This is a first floor 3bed / 1 bath unit. Living Room and Kitchen are connected and at the front of the house. They are very spacious for guests and great for conversation. The bedrooms, bath and laundry are off of a central hallway. The queen bedroom is at the front of the house and with the king bedroom and twins at the rear. In the middle is the bathroom and laundry. The king bedroom has a walk in closet which is where the crib is located...this is great if you have a little one which you wont disturb if you are still up. The third bedroom is a trundle bed. The twin will need to be rolled out and can either be left on the ground or can be elevated to be flush with the upper bed. This could make a king bed if you push them together. In this room is a walk in space for closet storage and a desk / workspace.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole unit and the shared outdoor space. Guests may also use the outdoor seating area in the back garden that seats 6. At check in I will provide a code to enter the front door. Unless directed by the guest contact, the basement is strictly off limits.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood steps away from the McIntire Historic District, a must-see in Salem.
