Location, room, parking, breakfast, everything really was fine however it smelled like dogs. And as someone without animals, that really bothered me. It made it feel like it wasn’t clean because of the smell in the halls and room.

Check in was super easy as they sent out a pre check in link, all I had to do was go to check in counter and get keys to the room. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Area around hotel is very quiet and conveniently off of I-5. Breakfast selection was decent, I would suggest adding a few more options, such as gravy for the biscuits and also adding bacon as an option. Over all I would recommend this hotel.

Nice new hotel

The hotel entrance was a little confusing when trying to follow Google Maps but it is a small hotel so it was easy to figure out. Check in was fairly easy. The hotel itself seems new so it is clean and modern. The room was very nice. The only hang up I had during my stay was that the print service is just a public desktop in the hallway with a b&w printer. Super good for printing a boarding pass or something but definitely go to Office Max for anything else. Very small detail but important to know if you're travelling for work.

No sound proofing whatsoever. Walls look like made from paper. Connecting doors allow you to be privy to all conversations and activities in the adjusted room. Very sexy. Don’t forget to bring your earplugs if you want to sleep.

It was okay. The breakfast was good

When I got checked in and to my room, a major bank of lights were not working. When I called the front desk they took care of it promptly and changed my room. The only thing required of me was that I come down, get a new key, move my stuff, then go back down to return the original. Better customer service would have been to drop off the old room key at my leisure. I put in a lot of extra work for something I had no control over, which was something wrong with my room.

Everything about the hotel was awesome. We travel a lot and stay in lots of different hotels. This hotel rates very high on our list. The check in staff was very friendly. The entire hotel was very clean. The breakfast was amazing. All of the food offered was very good. And so clean in the buffet area. Even the stainless steel was shining. We will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Great job staff

Great stay except for two things. First, I chose this motel in major part for being "pet friendly", yet found upon booking a $25 pet fee was attached in addition. If it hadn't been late I'd have canceled and gone down the road. Second, a large spider on the corner of the bathtub effectively kept us from using it. Kudos on the breakfast choices and quality.
