The apartment is located in a condominium complex on the first floor, a few steps from the train station and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Salerno's main shopping street. It is also possible to easily reach the tourist port which is recommended for reaching the Amalfi and Cilento coasts by sea.

The neighborhood is very quiet and there are all types of shops or services in the surrounding area, including a supermarket behind the house and a pharmacy within 50 metres. City bus stop under the house "ASL - ex Inam".

The apartment has a large living room/entrance (with double sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (equipped with a work area with desk and LED lamp/USB charging station), equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and washing machine) and bathroom with large sink, shower cubicle and bidet.
