"Hotelli rapistuu. Ei huollettu, parvekkeen puukaiteet hilseili. Parveketta ei pyyhitty koko viikon aikana. Siivouksen jälkeen pyyhkeet puuttuivat huoneesta parina päivänä, lakanoita ei vaihdettu. Huoneen ovi ei mennyt lukkoon, korjattiin kahden huomautuksen jälkeen. Käsisuihku ei pysynyt ylhäällä, ei korjattu koskaan vaikka huomautettiin. Keskinkertainen aamupala, ei mitään lämmintä. Aamupalahuone iso halli, muovimukit kattauksessa."
