Graced by European antiques, Comfy amenities, and accommodations Chateau Coralini offers a gloriously remodeled historic mansion in one of the world’s most desired destinations.

Nestled in Las Palmas Ranch, a peaceful and private gated community with security at the entrance. You will be surrounded by hills, parks, and trails for cycling, running, or hiking at your disposal. Please be respectful to the Neighbors. The estate is nestled within the original 8,444 acres of Rancho Buena Vista.

WE DO NEED A CREDIT CARD TO KEEP ON FILE FOR INCIDENTAL & COLLECT THE COUNTY TAX AMOUNT OF 10.5% & MONTEREY COUNTY TOURISM DISTRICT TAX of $1 PER NIGHT BEFORE WE GIVE ACCESS. GUEST WILL BE REQUESTED TO PROVIDE CC INFO BEFORE CHECK_IN.

-Turn OFF heaters/AC and lights upon checkout.

-No parties, events, or loud groups unless otherwise authorized. If excessive noise or disturbance occurs resulting in notification by neighbors or security, all guests will be asked to vacate the property and will forfeit the reservation and security deposit.

-Only registered guests are allowed on the property (unless approved). $50 extra per guest, per day, for every guest after 20 guests.

In the past, there have been issues with guests inviting people over who are not authorized to be on the property. For this reason, we have cameras to ensure no parties are held on the premises. Cameras are installed in all common areas and all Exit/Entry doors. The security deposit and reservation will be forfeited and all guests will be asked to vacate the property in the event that there are unregistered guests on the property at any time during the rental period.

-Maximum occupancy is 20 persons. Includes children of any age.

-Our Innkeeper stays on site, The Innkeeper Unit is adjacent to the Mansion Kitchen.

-No third-party catering unless otherwise authorized and insurance is provided or security deposit will be forfeited.

-Please do not rearrange furniture or decorations.

-No smoking inside the home.

-No pets

-Leave the home in the same condition it was found. You will be responsible for any damage or loss to the property and the furniture and will be charged the amount of repair/replacement.

-There is a small Private Cottage adjacent to the Mansion which will be rented to another guest if not booked by the same guest group. One parking Spot will be assigned to the Private cottage guest.

-No fire indoors, candles are for decoration only.

-Enjoy your stay and don’t hesitate to ask questions.

Well above our expectation
I think the listing esp. pictures don't do the justice to the beauty and quality of the property and comfort and service they provide. We were bit unsure based on what we knew and then pleasantly surprised by what we saw. We have stayed at many such properties for our friends and family gatherings and by far this was the best. Staff is prompt and came to site to help with smoke detector battery issue within 30 minutes. All rooms are spacious, well furnished and unique. From teens to pre-teens to parents we all had our own spaces to gather and enjoy time and when needed have own spaces. Highly recommended.
