The back entrance takes you into the laundry / mud room. From there you have access to the kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and pantry for storage. The Formal Dining room offers a hardwood dining table with seating for 6. The Living room features designer furniture including a top-grain leather One for Victory Couch, and side chairs. The home offers two King bedrooms and a bunk room with Plush hotel quality mattresses, sheets, pillows and duvets. We use Free & Clear laundry detergent so guests with scent sensitivities can breath easy! The King bedroom located at the back of the house also connects via a door to the middle room which offers a desk setup for those who need a work station during their stay, and includes a bunk bed with two twin mattresses for guests requiring additional sleeping arrangements. The front porch is lofted up above the street, and offers comfortable outdoor lounge seating, as well as a bistro table for meals outdoors. The backyard also offers two outdoor chairs for private seating in the fully fenced backyard.
Guest Access:
The back door has a keypad so you can arrive when convenient and come and go as you please.
The Neighborhood:
The Ellis Street Graded School neighborhood is a diverse, urban historic neighborhood a short walk, bike or drive to downtown and the new Bell Tower Green Park. This is a mixed income, historic neighborhood and as such has foot traffic and diverse neighbors.
Getting Around:
This house has easy access to Hwy 52 & I85. There are also plenty of bus routes, and the neighborhood is walkable to downtown as well.
Other Things to Note:
We have a Smart TV with access to Netflix, your Amazon or Hulu account, and many other apps. We cut the cord on cable, and subscribe to "YouTubeTV" which functions similarly to cable and offers tons of Live or On Demand Options!
