Villa Nena is located in Monte de Los Almendros which is one of the best urbanizations in Andalusia. It belongs to the municipality of Salobreña, which is one of the most beautiful villages in Spain, with its white houses, its Arab castle on a rock, its charming beaches, separated by the Rock (former Phoenician cemetery). The views of the house are sensational, you can see the Arabian castle that illuminated at night makes you dream of times past, the beautiful beaches, the mountains and the village of Salobreña.

The land on which the house is built has 800m2 and the house has 300m2.

The house has two floors:
- Ground floor with an apartment with two beds furniture, a large sofa, a bar furniture and a bathroom. It is connected to the pool area by a sliding door.
- First floor with living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and terrace. The views from the terrace and the rooms with the Arabian castle opposite are spectacular.

The land is divided into three different zones:
- Beautiful entrance to the farm through a gate that gives way to the parking lot where three vehicles can fit. This car park is decorated with a running garden with a variety of flowers.
- Front with lawn, barbecue and heated swimming pool of 7 x 3 m. The pool is chlorinated saline and has an automatic cover of polycarbonate solar that the climatizes. From the garden you can also see the Arab castle.
- Back with a bancal with fruit trees: orange, lemon, mandarins, avocados, mangos, pear, apple, olive, pomegranate, plum and grape vines. True tropical delicacies.

The house is waiting for you to feel complete.

Spring holiday with family in Salobreña
We had a lovely holiday at Villa Nena with family. Small children and teens. Good location to explore nearby locations by car. Salobreña, Almuñecar, Nerja Caves, Frigiliana to mention a few. Beautiful House
Built into a private residential area that is beautifully maintained and quiet. House was great for our family of 7 with great views and a large terrace. Pool was clean and well kept and a good size. Plenty of towels and linen provided A great stay had by all!

Lovely house in a perfect location for touring the area
Within one hour, and often far less, of memorable places to visit including Granada, the Sierra Nevada, beaches and many others. A comfortable, well located, peaceful house a few minutes from shops, restaurants, beaches and historical sights. Great views from many windows.

Villa tranquila, cómoda y cerca de la playa
Una estancia perfecta, llevamos varios años veraneando en villas (algunas en la misma zona) y esta nos ha parecido una que cumple con todos los requisitos que pedíamos y que no siempre hemos podido tener. Una villa que está en una zona tranquila y a su vez muy cerca de la playa (4 minutos en coche, calculados..jajajaja) y el pueblo de Salobreña, bien equipada (wifi, barbacoa, piscina, unas camas muy cómodas, un montón de toallas por si no queríamos poner lavadora,etc), en una localidad inmejorable y familiar como Salobreña pero ,sobre todo, destacar un trato espectacular por parte de Patricia. Nos recibió y estuvo atenta siempre de que nuestra estancia fuese inmejorable. Nos pidió en todo momento que si hubiese algo que mejorar que se lo comunicásemos que su objetivo era que nuestras vacaciones fueran eso, vacaciones y así fue. Sin duda repetiremos y por supuesto la recomendamos. Muchísimas gracias por todo.

Belle maison dans un très bel environnement
Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille dans cette maison a Salobrena et les vacances ont été très bonnes. Salobrena est une jolie ville, il y a tous les magasins utiles à proximité en voiture, et l’accès est simple qu’il s’agisse de Grenade, Marbella ou Almeria. La propriété est très bien située, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et la ville. Nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire. La piscine est vraiment appréciable et très bien entretenue, tout comme le jardin. Nous avons apprécié le prix tout inclus, seulement l’électricité à payer en plus, à 4 nous en avons eu pour 50€ environ. La maison est assez fraîche aussi nous avons peu utilisé la clim. Les échanges avec Patricia ont été simples et efficaces, c’est une hôtesse très sympa qui veille à ce que tout se passe bien. Il y a un peu de bruit de route la journée, mais les soirées et les nuits sont très calmes. Et un bel escalier qui nécessite d’avoir à l’œil les jeunes enfants ! Après beaucoup de recherches de locations en Andalousie, le rapport qualité prix de cette maison est excellent. Merci à Patricia 👍

Vacaciones espectaculares
El levantarnos cada día y desayunar viendo la costa y el castillo de Salobreña de fondo, es la mejor manera de empezar el día. Eso, acompañado de la terraza, piscina y la casa en general, hacen del tiempo que estés allí, una estancia perfecta.

Completamente recomendable
Muy recomendable. La casa es muy espaciosa y entramos 8 personas de manera muy cómoda. Habitaciones grandes y reformadas recientemente y los 3 baños completamente nuevos. La terraza superior era una maravilla para hacer las comidas y cenas al fresco. En cuanto al jardín y la piscina, justo lo que necesitábamos. Jardín amplio y muy tranquilo, la piscina grande y muy bien conservada. El jardinero se encargaba de la limpieza y te olvidabas de todo. La casa tiene una ubicación excelente. Ni molestas ni te molestan y si quieres ir al pueblo o de compras puedes ir andando o en coche. Por último, la atención recibida ha sido exquisita y no nos ha faltado de nada. Todo un acierto

Une belle villa avec une vue superbe
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la villa. Elle est confortable, très bien située et idéale pour visiter la région de Malaga à Grenade. La vue depuis la terrasse de la villa est magnifique sur le château, la ville, la mer et la montagne enneigée. Pour les visites, je recommande le rocher de Salobrena, l'Alhambra à Grenade, la ville de Frigiliana, Malaga, le lac de Bermejales. Merci à Agustín, Patricia et Ricardo pour leur accueil, leurs conseils.
