Staff really nice, clean rooms. On the negative side No tea and coffee facilities in room and no pool towels, have to use towels from bedroom. Was noisy, but necessarily from Salou beach, adjoining hotels too close and different quality and clientele to Salou beach

At best ** star hotel. Pros: - location - friendly staff - Salou’s best restaurant downstairs Cons: - no refrigerator, or cooler of any kind in room - food was bad, breakfast being slightly better. Dinner was so bad, we skipped over half of them - no pool bar - very bad sound insulation, from both inside and out - dinner was in a different hotel, 10 minutes away, uphill If location is your top priority, it’s a decent choose. Don’t prepay for meals. Staff is nice.

It is also pleasing to hear that you enjoyed the restaurant downstairs.However, we regret to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. While we do not offer refrigerators in the rooms, we are always seeking ways to enhance our guest experience. We also apologize if the absence of a pool bar detracted from the enjoyment of your stay. The sound insulation is an area we are constantly looking to improve upon for the comfort of our guests. We understand the inconvenience caused by the dinner arrangements and while we ensure that all our guests are advised of the current arrangements before arrival, we will be serving dinner again from the 21st of June on-site.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a more enjoyable stay.Warm regards,General Manager

Zimmer gross und schön. Essen eher langweilig, Frühstücks Qualität schlecht. Wir kamen uns vor wie in einer Jugendherberge. Gäste kamen in Badetüchern und Schlappen zum Abendessen. Das ist nicht das Niveau eines 4 Stern Hotels.

Es tut uns allerdings sehr leid, dass wir Sie mit unserem oft gelobten Frühstück etwas enttäuscht haben und Sie auch die unangemessene Kleidung anderer Gäste beim Abendessen bemängeln.
