Tämä kodikas 2 makuuhuoneen 1 kylpyhuonehuoneisto sijaitsee kätevällä paikalla lentokentän, keskustan ja hiihtokeskusten välissä. Se on 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä lentokentältä ja SLC: n keskustaan. Snowbird, Alta, Brighton ja Solitude ovat kaikki vain 30 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Nice location
This condo is in a good location. Very close to a variety of stores. About 30 minute drive to skiing, assuming no backups in the canyons. There is only 1 TV in the unit located in the living room and no cable or satellite service. This will be no problem if you have any stemming accounts because there is a Roku on the TV. The unit is kept in good condition, and a quiet area. We will defanitley stay again when we return to SLC.

Nice layout, older furniture, old small bathroom, no washer, no dryer
We enjoyed our time there. But the bathroom is very small and old. The master bed is very soft, so soft you kind of role together in the middle of the bed but we didn't mind. Kitchen is okay, you find all you need. We thought we could wash our clothes but no washer or dryer. The entrance to the lower parking garage isn't high enough for a medium suv or crossover car with ski box on top! We had to take ours off to park. The owner's are very responsive and friendly. The price and location to the Alta ski area were good. It was great to find some useful things in the kitchen cabinets like spices, coffee, zip lock bags, oils, oats. We had had a good time with our two teenage boys who had their own bedroom with two beds. The room with the water heater was ideal to dry the ski boots and gloves.

Very convenient for us
The condo was fine for us as we visited our son. Access to the condo itself is difficult with luggage, narrow passageways with lots of stairs. Condo was clean and comfortable. TV is pay per view only so no cable with local news or weather. A few deficiencies which we discussed with the owners so hopefully they will respond. But overall, the condo was fine for our needs.

Comfortable lodgings for 4 night stay
Close proximity to freeway and local conveniences. Cute decor, nice gathering room for a group. Nice open kitchen. Needs some repair work on the outside stair railing; falls apart when you grab onto it. If you intend to cook, it needs more pots and cooking utensils. Two flights of narrow staircases from the parking garage, also with broken railing.

Good price and convenient Location
So my family (my wife and I and our two young kids) stayed here during a recent trip to Utah for some skiing. The condo location is great as it was only I believe 25-30 mins or less from Alta/Snowbird. There were a lot of different restaurants in the general area which was nice to. As this was our first VRBO experience it was nice to have a very nice responsive owner to answer questions. The garage parking was great too as we didn't have to worry about the car because the spot was very large. It was also nice that we didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot. The overall place was pretty clean with some very basic kitchen utensils and appliances which worked well enough to cook up breakfast and dinner. As mentioned by a previous occupant there is Netflix , Hulu and a few other apps on the TV. Unfortunately, if you don't have an account with one of these services the TV is not of much use. Although I didn't explore it much there didn't seem to be any way to watch anything without signing into your own account. Not a deal breaker for us as we really don't watch TV much anyways. The only complaint my wife and I had was the master bed. Although the mattress might have been replaced there is still an issue with the box spring as we still were constantly sliding to the middle of the bed. We slept ok but could have slept better. A hard day of skiing helped as we were just tired. The 2 twin beds in the second bedroom worked great for the kids though. No complaints from them. I would say our overall impression was good. Nice owner, good location and good price. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great location, good price, amenities could use some work
The condo is located in a great area, not too far from the big Cottonwood/ Little Cottonwood areas for skiing, and a quick drive to downtown Salt Lake. It's easy to find and the owners were responsive to any questions we had. The garage parking was great too, we never had to worry about finding a spot or digging out the car. The only major complaint that I had was the beds. The mattress in the master bedroom was very worn out and uncomfortable, with two people in it you're constantly sliding to the middle where it's collapsing. I couldn't stay asleep and woke up sore, so I tried the twin beds in the second bedroom- not much better. If the mattresses get replaced this place would be awesome. Also, the tv comes with netflix and hulu included, but no actual channels. Normally not a huge issue, but we visited during the olympics and it would have been nice to be able to watch even just broadcast tv. Overall impression is that this is a great location at a good price, that could be an awesome place to stay with a couple of tweaks.
