My tv remote was not working, coffee make was not working, phone in the room was not working. Had to call them to fix days. Room should be inspected and made sure that things work after someone check out before checking someone else in the room.

Staff was good, but location was bad. They used a strong bleach that permitted the room. However, the front desk lady was super nice and got a spray to cover up the smell. At least we know the room was sanitized.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The bed in the accessible room was too high for me to get into from my wheelchair. We also requested late checkout (12:00 noon) when we checked in and the desk personnel told us it would be fine. However, we were kicked out of the room before 11 am and told late check out was not allowed. It would be nice if the front desk personnel and the clean crew communicated.

Room and property was clean and the lobby smells wonderful in the mornings. I liked that there’s an ottoman for the chair in my room. The chair could be softer, but it worked.
