To begin with had issues with a rep by the name of Catherine. She seemed like she was in a bad mood on the phone. Checked in with Linda that went smoothly. I expected to at least have housekeeping to check in the morning to see if we needed our trash to be thrown out or if we needed turnover service. Stayed for 3 days. That never happened. People above us kept moving around all hours of the night made it unbearable to sleep. Guests on our floor had kids running up and down the hallway past 1 am. When checking out wasn’t even asked how my stay was. First time in Utah very disappointing hotel stay.

The property is aged but kept well. The room was clean and spacious. Check-in was easy and fast. Wet area was kept clean with fresh towels. Breakfast served was decent, and the coffee was fresh. But the workout room was too tiny. I would feel claustrophobic if I exercised in the room. Our only issue was the cigarette smell in the bathroom. The front offered switching the room or spraying with Febreeze. Since we unpacked our suitcases, we didn't want to change the room. And the fabric freshener didn't last too long. In the morning, I could smell cigarette again. Overall, the property is managed well although it's aged. I feel like management needs to pay attention to details to better serve and satisfy its customers.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The breakfast was good. Huge line around 8/8:30am. Some of the food and utensils ran out at that time too. So definitely go before then!
