Choose Hampton Inn as they accepted dogs. Front desk folks were exceedingly helpful and made our stay easy. Plus, reasonable charges and close to the Delta Center.

Overall stay was excellent. The one elevator wasn’t working so we ended up taking the stairs most of the time as the wait for the other elevator was lengthy but it was fine.

In town for Alan Jackson!
Rubyn, at the front desk, was super friendly and fast. The Delta Center was within walking distance. The overall energy was perfect. Guests were friendly, breakfast was great and our stay was stress free and enjoyable!

We arrived late at night and discovered our room was a handicap room with a door to an adjoining room!! We were too tired to do anything about it, but the bed was really low, the shower flooded the bathroom (no tub - wheelchair access) and we could hear the people in the next room through the adjoining door!! First thing the next morning, we asked for another room and were thrilled to get one across the hall, so it was an easy move over. It turns out Expedia requested a handicap room, so it wasn't any fault of the hotel! We were very happy they were able to find us a room like the one we had last year, which was great! We will be back again next year, but will book directly through the hotel in the future! :)

We only stayed overnight at this property for an event. It was clean. The Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was tasty and had many choices. I rated lower on the 'are around the property) only because it is in the rough part of town. But it was terrifying or anything like that, just a little run down.
