Great Extended Stay Spot
I stayed here for over a month for work and it had everything I needed. The area is great. Coffee a few hundred feet away. Groceries, a few blocks. Church, a few blocks. The place is clean, very spacious and comfortable. Although I was far from home I felt at home in this VRBO.

SLC Visit
Pleased with this loft, would stay here again. Great SLC location for “anything” - access to airport, downtown, University of Utah, and numerous mountain resorts was awesome. Also a super walkable spot to countless coffee shops, restaurants, stores - both local and national varieties. All amenities matched the listing. Curbside parking was easy. Communication was consistent and timely, access was as advertised and safe/secure. On street parking was easy and free. One of three or four units in this building, it was very quiet and private, we never heard a thing from other units in our three day stay. Subtle things to know - there is no microwave, water in shower is backwards (hot is on right) and the HVAC is very loud (likely because it all comes about if one vent). Those were not deal breakers at all for us - just good to know going in. I recommend this spot.

Great small place
This home is in a great location that is very walkable. The neighborhood was quiet and very lovely. The home is comfortable, clean and minimalist, which I love. Bed and pull out bed were comfy. Only thing I missed is a microwave. We did have difficulty getting in, we got the wrong code. The door is awkward too as you have to turn both door knobs at the same time to open the door. And the screws in the top lock were loose. I couldn’t tighten them and they made it hard to close the door. Also our deposit was not returned in a timely fashion. Still waiting for it. It doubled the price of our stay so that is quite a significant cost for them to hold for such a long period of time. If not for that, it would have gotten 5 stars from me. I’d stay in the home again, but hesitate to rent from this property manager again.
