While the hotel was not terrible the hallways didn't look like they had been vacuumed for two weeks. The hotel is old and needs a refresh. Stains on all of the carpets. We had to change rooms when we first arrived as the cleanliness of the first room was awful. The second room was okay. One thing this hotel an all hotels needs to do is if they have a sofa bed they need to clean under the couch. And all hotels need to update their vacuums so they can actual pick up things. While they said they do a refresh every other day they did not do that for us. Their signage is misleading. Parking is atrocious and limited. Breakfast was not very good. We selected the breakfast sandwiches and they were cold. I would probably never stay here again unless I absolutely had too. The only things the place had going for it was the staff was very friendly and were very accommodating.

Check in was terribly long - as if they couldn’t find the reservation. It took 2 people and when we finally got in, it was not what I booked so we had to move. The “poor” rating was not only due to the check in issues but the hot tub was atrocious (looked like lake water) and the bathrooms near it were filthy.

Absolutely stunning
This is the best hotel I have stayed in in years. It's clean and modern and spacious. My room was large. The breakfast was delicious. The staff are super friendly, from the front desk to the breakfast guy to the lady that gave my kids mints to the dog treats by the door. Even the pool guy was friendly. Two thumbs up. If you need to stay in SLC, it's right off I-80 and couldn't be nicer!

They stay was okay for what we needed. Breakfast was not so great, and there was small little bugs in the bathroom coming out of the floors, but instead of contacting anyone we just used my travel cleaning supplies that I always have to kill them and clean up myself. I don’t trust hotel cleaning services. I always clean the rooms myself before I sleep or use anything.
