30 year Wedding Anniversary stay!
It was really nice clean room. The carpet was super duper comfy on my bare feet. The bed was soft and comfy too. The coffee maker was strange. I do wish a premium movie channel was offered. It would've been nice if there was a TV channel guide and city restaurant and attraction guide to review. The towels were soft and nice. I didnt notice there was a USB charging station offered until just before we left. That wouldve been nice too! Overall, completely nice stay.

The lady that checked us in was great. However, when we got to our room, it was not what we booked and when I called downstairs to ask about it, the gentleman who answered was not very kind or helpful and told us there wasn't a king room available and that's what happens when we book through a third-party. However, when I looked on Little America's website there was a king room. So, I was disappointed by the lack of helpfulness or caring to make sure we had the correct room.

The sink and bathtub had a drainage issue. Reserved a courtside room. Cost was $134.00 . Was put on the 2nd floor (both my husband and I have bad knees) was charged $219.00. I was also unaware of the $18.00 parking fee. Hotel guest shouldnt have to pay to park. The room was clean although the one I reserved showed a sofa. The bed was comfortable. I have stayed at other properties equally as nice for less money. I wont be back. Not worth the cost

I have stayed at the little America several times and love staying staying there. During my most recent stay I literally had no hot water for two days and then they wanted to charge me $30 for a late check out This last stay i hope is an aberration And not a sign that the property is declining
