House keeping only once a week, inadequate trash receptacles around the hotel which were not emptied regularly, lobby coffee service had a different problem every day,

No hot water … said they're having issues with that. No apology or compensation. Charged us twice for our stay. One girl told us it couldn't be reversed. Asked again the next morning and Tristian promptly reversed the second charge. Women at front desk seemed very annoyed at checkin. We ended up leaving two days early. Small kitchenette but no cups, bowls, silverware, coffee pot, etc. Very minimalist hotel. Wouldn't stay again.

Only thing i can really say that needs improved is possibly the fitness area. I wish it had a few more exercise machines. Possibly a weight bench or something like that.

first of all when I took a shower, the whole room bathroom was flooded with water. They moved me to another room and all you will ever hear. Is the fire alarm going off couldn’t sleep well at all but overall the place was nice and clean. People were very nice, but I should’ve been conversation for that

Pros: this is new and Clean, good price point. Cons: staff needs some serious customer service training, the beds are awful, barely any pressure on the water in the shower, the clientele seems very sketchy and the fire alarm keeps going off, We won't be back.

Stayed the weekend as a date night/weekend type thing and the first night the fire alarm went off. Could've ignored that if the bed wasn't so uncomfortable. It was a king studio so it had a kitchenette in it. There was no utensils at all. I've stayed at multiple places around the valley basically at the same price point with the same if not more amenities and had better experiences. Gave this place a try and will not go back. Don't wanna be that person but if I can save someone from regretting spending their money I will. Or maybe my feedback can let the facility know where and how to improve.

The only thing we didn’t like is how fast and hard the doors closed. Tried to get things out of the room and the door rammed us in the back every time. Also heard every persons door SLAM when they left their rooms.
