The check in process went smoothly. I mentioned I only needed one bed now, in case they were low. Because of my VIP Expedia status, they upgraded me to a top floor King Suite for free and the parking was free too (which is nice on NBA or concert nights). Plenty of elevators. Clean halls. Super clean rooms! I love rooms with a fridge. The room was extremely comfortable. The tavern and restaurant are top notch. The Radisson is a smart choice, if you’re staying downtown.

Good location and good staff service. The rooms are a good size, but our bathroom door had peeling paint, and the closet door was broken. We had an issue where another guest was somehow able to open our room with our keycard. He was confused and mistook our room for his, which was a couple of doors down. Staff was deeply apologetic and moved us to another room and offered a meal voucher.

The whole reason I stayed here is because it said it had a warm pool that was open late, i should have known when no pictures were posted to check with the hotel. The pool is closed for renovation. Super disappointing since I need to swim for me arthritis in the morning. Other than that, it was clean, staff was accommodating with early check and it was a good location

Service and staff were very good. There is Room for improvment for facilties: 1. Loud AC. 2. Sink faucet is so small and close to the sink's wall, you cannot fit yiu hands well; consequently, water spilled over horizontal surfaces and if you do not clean it, water gies on the floor eventually. Good thing is the shower head has flexible hose.

I liked the Radisson hotel in SLC. The room was very spacious. It was on the 3rd floor, where rooms are in between conference rooms, which seemed odd, but there was no conference going on when I went and the room was great.
